Precast Boundary Wall is such a technology which fulfills the modern requirements. It is stronger , more durable, lean, time saving and economical than traditional boundary wall. After curing the poles and panels, they can be transported to a working site , loading and unloading can be done manually as the weight of each panel is not more than 75 kg. 100mtr Wall can be constructed in 2 days.
PSPC Panels consist of high tensile wire at every 75mm distance can cut only by mechanical means.
Very high as PSPC panels are made of void less dense high-grade concrete and have smooth concrete surface.
Approximate 205kg/RMT.
In a case of failure, only a few columns may get damaged and require in negligible time. Painting is optional and can only for the decorative purpose.
Almost 100% panels and 60% columns can be reused.
There is almost nil moisture absorption as panel surface are made of dense concrete and require no maintenance.
No special cleaning required only washing can make your BW new again.
Installation Procedure:
At a site, the poles can be erected on footing foundation or on pole foundation , depending upon the type of soil and water table. If it is the lighter than traditional BW (approximate 1/3 in weight ) the size of footing can be taken less. After concrete gets strength , the joints between foundation and pole ( Generally 48 hrs) the panels will fashion.You may fix Y angle for barbed wire fencing over PSPC BW.
